I am excited to be joining 75 Madison, Wisconsin, artists at the Annual Madison Art Guild Show and Sale.

- Art forms include photography, fiber, metal, oil and acrylic painting, jewelry, and mixed media.
- Art can be purchased at the UW Hospital Gift Shop, hours 10am – 4pm
- 20 percent of sales are donated to the UW Children’s Art Fund!
I am exhibiting an acrylic painting titled “September”, 24 x 30 inches, which is big for me! The inspiration is a bike trip on the Heart of Vilas County Trail near Minocqua, Wisconsin, in mid-September of last year. It’s a contemplative time of year for me, a personal year’s end, with reflection on what I would like to learn and discover next. And it is gorgeous and peaceful, winding along so-smooth paths through sunlit lit woods, passing by bogs and kettle lakes…
This year’s Salon judge is Rebecca Kautz, a Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, artist. Her comments on the artworks will be included in the show. An Opportunity to learn how another artist responds to an artwork is rare and appreciated!
